Shipping
Where your order is going, what it costs and when it lands. For the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, duties and import taxes are worked out and paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Where is it going?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $175 AUD.
Allow 5 to 10 business days for WA, NT, SA and TAS.
Charged in New Zealand dollars at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, not on arrival.
Charged in US dollars at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, not on arrival.
Charged in Canadian dollars at checkout.
VAT and any duties are paid at checkout, not on arrival.
Charged in pounds sterling at checkout.
When it leaves us
Orders placed before 9am Sydney time on a business day go out the same day. Anything later, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes the next business day. The delivery times above run from the day it is dispatched, not the day you order. During peak periods please allow 2 to 3 business days for dispatch.
Pre-orders
ASTRA is on pre-order. Your confirmation email gives the dispatch window for the style you bought. If your order has a pre-order style and an in stock style together, the whole order ships once as soon as everything is ready. Tell us if you would rather have the in stock part sent first and we will split it.
Tax and duties
Nothing to pay at the door. For the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes are calculated on your order and collected at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay.
If a courier ever asks you for money on delivery, do not pay it. Send us the paperwork and we will sort it out.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched. For Australian deliveries the Australia Post app tends to show more detail than the website.
Getting the address right
Check your address at checkout. Once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot change where it is going, and we have no control over it once it is with the courier.
If a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, you can have it sent again at your cost, or refunded with the original shipping deducted. Either way, get in touch and we will take care of it.
